Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of digital products (e-books, guides, online training courses) and support services (two-week remote support sessions) offered by Baby Dream Secrets on the website https://www.babydreamsecrets.com/

3. Products and services offered
• Digital products: ebooks, guides and other digital content related to improving babies' sleep. These products are available immediately after payment.
• Support/consultation services: two weeks of personalised remote coaching for parents who want to solve their baby's sleep problems.
4. Prices
The prices of products and services are indicated in euros and include all taxes. They are those in effect at the time of ordering, as displayed on the website. Baby Dream Secrets reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders in progress.
5. Ordering and confirmation
Customers place orders directly on the website by adding products or services to their basket and then confirming payment. Confirmation of the order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. An order confirmation will be sent by email.
6. Delivery of digital products
Digital products are accessible immediately after payment confirmation, via a download link or a dedicated platform.
7. Provision of support services
The support service begins according to the terms agreed between the customer and Baby Dream Secrets, after the order has been placed and full payment has been made.
8. Right of withdrawal
• Digital products: Pursuant to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of digital content when the customer has accepted immediate performance and waived their right of withdrawal. By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges this waiver.
• Support services: For support services, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, unless the service has begun before the end of this period with their express agreement.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a written request by email to cyrielle@babydreamsecrets.com. In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund will be made within 14 days.
9. Payment
Payment is made online via secure methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The order will only be confirmed after receipt of full payment.
10. Liability
Baby Dream Secrets is committed to providing quality information and advice. However, the products and services do not replace medical advice. Baby Dream Secrets cannot be held liable in the event of failure or results that differ from the customer's expectations.
11. Intellectual property
All content (text, images, videos) made available on https://www.babydreamsecrets.com/ is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
12. Protection of personal data
